At Almiora Juels, we create jewellery that’s made to be worn every day—timeless, durable, and skin-friendly. While we’re confident in our quality, we understand that sometimes things may not work out, and we’re here to make the process smooth for you.

Returns

We offer returns under the following conditions:

Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within10-15 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Earrings (studs, hoops, etc.)
Customized or personalized jewellery
Items purchased during sale or special promotions
Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

You received a damaged product
You received the wrong item

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or an unboxing video to help us resolve your issue quickly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Report within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos or an unboxing video
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
Additional Information
Slight variations in color or finish may occur due to lighting or screen differences
Our jewellery is designed to be anti-tarnish, hypoallergenic, and made with 316L stainless steel, but proper care will ensure long-lasting shine
Returns that do not meet our policy guidelines may not be accepted
