- Returns: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition, with all original packaging, tags and invoice included. Once a return is approved and received, the refund is processed within 10-15 business days.
- Non-Returnable Items: Earrings (studs, hoops, etc.), customised or personalised jewellery, and items purchased during a sale or special promotion cannot be returned.
- Exchanges: Offered only if you received a damaged product or the wrong item. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or an unboxing video so we can resolve it quickly. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
